Payment

I strive to make my homeopathic consultations accessible and straightforward. Payment is received via Stripe with various options available for your convenience.

Cancellations

I understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes appointments need to be rescheduled or canceled. To ensure that I can accommodate all my clients, I kindly ask you to follow my cancellation policy:

  • Notice: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify me at least 24 hours in advance. This allows me to offer the time slot to another client in need.
  • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will incur the consultation fee.
  • No-Show Policy: Clients who do not attend their scheduled appointment without prior notice will be charged the full consultation fee.

Insurance

Please note that some insurance plans may cover homeopathic consultations, so I encourage you to check with your provider for potential reimbursement options.
